THANK YOU.

The grapes for our Egret Sauvignon Blanc wine come from vineyards located at the foot of the Santa Lucia Mountains near San Lucas in Monterey County. The Sauvignon Blanc was blended with 6% Chardonnay grapes producing an intensely fragrant wine possessing aromas of white peach, pineapple, apple blossom, honeysuckle, pear & melon. The flavors are rich and mouthwatering having a smooth, creamy texture that leads to a crisp, tart finish with a hint of lime zest. This wine pairs well with Cypress Grove, Lamb Chopper sheep’s milk cheese, fresh fruit, salads, light pasta & seafood.

New!
Egret Chardonnay is exclusively made from grapes grown in the Los Carneros appellation. Most of this wine was tank fermented and aged 10 months in stainless steel; about 25% is barrel aged in French oak. The lees were stirred regularly to enhance flavor and richness. The wine shows flavors of pineapple, apricot, peach & citrus. There is a deep Chardonnay varietal character that refreshes the palate and leads from bright tropical fruit to tangerine, nutmeg & spice in the finish.

The grapes for our Egret Cabernet Sauvignon wine come from a unique vineyard in northern Sonoma Valley then blended with Malbec & Petit Verdot grapes from the Rockpile appellation of northern Sonoma County. The grapes were carefully picked at full maturity, producing a wine with rich blackberry, dark plum, sweet cassis & allspice aromas. The deep fruit & spice flavors follow with round, supple tannins leading to a long smooth finish. Having aged 22 months in fine French oak barrels of varying toast levels, our wine is ready for immediate enjoyment or cellar aging for several years. The wine pairs well with Cypress Grove Chevre, Midnight Moon cheese, figs pears and nuts or hearty pastas, roasts & steaks
